Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI has initiated and is implementing the TreeOn project aimed at expanding Mongolia's forest resources and combating desertification together. As part of this initiative, they aim to plant 1 million trees by 2030. Over a span of three years, they have successfully planted and grown a total of 1,244 trees in collaboration with the Mongolian Academy of Sciences and the Green Asia Network NGO in Bulgan Province's Elsen Tasarkhai and Tuv Province's Bayankhangai soum.

🌱 During this year’s TreeOn 2025 tree planting event, our users, families, and employees who successfully grew trees virtually via the PayOn application participated and newly planted 220 trees at the Atar community afforestation site located in Bayankhangai soum, Tuv Province.

🌱 The TreeOn project is unique in that it allows users to borrow and repay loans through the PayOn loan application, collect water through daily steps, grow trees virtually, and after their full growth, plant these virtual trees in reality.

🌍 This is a solution addressing environmental and climate change issues on one hand, and meeting users' financial needs on the other.
