2.1. The NBFI will collect, process, and utilize the information provided by the Client for purposes such as identifying and verifying the Client, creating a record, offering non-bank financial services, assessing financial capacity, providing services, fulfilling contractual obligations if a contract is made, offering services tailored to the Client, and communicating information about the NBFI's products and services, after the Client has reviewed and confirmed the Terms of Service.

Notice: By accepting and confirming these Terms of Service, the Client permits the NBFI to collect, process, and use their information. If not agreeable, Clients are advised not to use the website.

2.2. The entity responsible for the information provided by the Client will be "Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI" LLC and can be contacted at: Address: Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar city, Khan-Uul district, 18th khoroo, Stadium Orgil, Mahatma Gandhi street, Bogd Javzandamba street-33, LS Plaza building, 9th floor, suite 902, Phone: +976-7533-1111. 2.3. The NBFI will collect, process, and use the following information about you:

2.3.1. Name of father/mother, own name, date of birth, place of birth, residential address, location, citizen registration number, assets, financial information, education, electronic identifier, electronic document, and other direct or indirect identifiable information (including sensitive personal information in some cases);

2.3.2. Information provided by the Client about their family members without infringing on their privacy rights;

2.3.3. Information from the Integrated Identification System /DAN/, Government Information Exchange System /KHUR/, and Credit Information Database;

2.3.4. Information about the device being used to access the Client's website and the NBFI's advanced technological solution, PayOn application (collectively referred to as "Information").

2.4. The NBFI may process and use the Client's Information until a request for its deletion is made. However, if a contract is in place, a request for deletion cannot be made until all obligations of said contract are fully fulfilled.

2.5. The NBFI will not disclose the Information to the general public without your consent.

2.6. The NBFI may share Information with authorized state organizations or third parties for service improvement purposes as permitted under the Law on Non-Bank Financial Activities, Banking Law, and other applicable regulations.

2.7. If the Client wishes to revoke their granted consent, they must submit a written request to the provided address.

2.8. When creating personal and financial information on the website or "PayOn" application, you bear the following responsibilities:

2.8.1. Do not enter false information;

2.8.2. Do not enter other people's personal or financial information.

2.9. Should you violate the stipulation in “2.8.1” by entering false information, "Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI" LLC reserves the right to refuse to process your loan application, provide services, or enter into a contract.

2.10. If you violate the stipulation in “2.8.2” by using or transmitting someone else's name, personal, or financial information, "Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI" LLC has the right to refuse to process your loan application or enter into a Credit Agreement, and you will be fully responsible for any damage or loss caused to the information owner, holder, or "Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI" LLC due to your unlawful behavior.

2.11. The Client is responsible for maintaining and securing their Information and access credentials such as usernames, passwords, and secret codes for the website and PayOn application. In case of loss of such credentials, the NBFI will not be deemed responsible for any Information exposure, and the NBFI will not be liable for any damage to the Client or third parties that arises as a consequence.

2.12. "Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI" LLC has the right to log and use your activity records within the website and PayOn application to ensure the security of your information and prevent misuse or unlawful usage within the legal framework.
