Data Deletion
According to Article 22.2 of the Law on deposits, loans, and banking transactions in Mongolia, NBFI's must keep a loan file for each issued loan. In accordance with this law, information cannot be deleted from the loan file at the customer's request until the loan agreement period ends. Other information may be deleted if requested by the customer at the “Tavan Bogd Finance NBFI” branch.
